After Disandat returned to Budapest the artists have arranged a few sessions to work in Hungary and out of these sessions this EP was made. While this release includes tracks both for the dance floor and deep listening, they all share a sort of hypnotic and psychedelic quality. Georama and Diorama are both laid back but on different end of the spectrum in terms of mood and feel, Diorama is rather moody, acidic and slowly building while Georama has roots in dub with some morphing glitchy percussion, cuddled by warm evolving pads. Cosmorama is their love letter to the peak time dance floor which we all miss during this pandemic times. I have been going through a difficult time, but somehow this material has turned towards the light and in a positive direction. The changes I have experienced are associations of processes taking place in nature. It is the penetrating light that best characterizes or expresses them. I wanted to present this with a minimal set of sounds to create a light feeling in the listener. I used didgeridoo, various noise-making devices, electronics and sounds recorded in nature. In the video, those impressions and locations have been recorded that helped me process memories and past events. My journey took me to these places, which I really enjoyed and looked forward to. I am still filled with these experiences and draw on these to gain inspiration for further compositions. This is an ongoing project. I am very grateful to Balázs Zságer that the material was published by his label.
