The EP artwork for this digital version of 'Opiate' first appeared as part of the limited edition CD reissue of 'Opiate - 21st Anniversary' (5000 copies / 5 variations of 1000 each), which was released by Tool Dissectional on March 26th 2013 (61422-31027-2RD3 to RD7). Track 4 & 5 were recorded live on New Year's Eve, December 31st 1991 at Jellö Loft in Hollywood, CA, USA. Track 6, is a single file that's made up of the title-track 'Opiate' (5:21), followed by 48 seconds silence, before the [uncredited] hidden track begins — known as 'The Gaping Lotus Experience' (2:21). The 'Opiate' EP was first issued on March 10th 1992.

Visual artist Dominic Hailstone (“Alien: Covenant”, “The Eel”) worked with Adam on the 10-plus minute film, which is the band’s first new video in 15 years.
Dominic and Adam also collaborated on the filmed pieces featured on the current Fear Inoculum tour.
