This CD contains 6 songs that I sing regularly, and that are very oprecious to me. It came into being with great support of many people and a wonderful Crowdfunding Project. What a joy!
The songs on this CD come from different cultures: Tibet, India and ancient Maori. Every song has a unique frequency with a special intention. Some are especially designed for transformation and purification, others sing of compassion and others of pure love. Singing and listening to these songs can attune you to these specific fields of energy, by the words, the sounds and the melody.
What I love about these songs and the cultures they come from, is that they have the intention that everybody and everything is in peace. These songs have been sung and recited through the ages, for the benefit of all. I love that. I love to sing, together, as a prayer. For you, for me, for everything.
I hope you will enjoy this CD and I hope it will bring you some kind of benefit. And maybe one day we will sing together!
SAMSARA DAVANALA
This is an ancient prayer that sings about profound love, in and for an awakened master.
HAMSA SOHAM
The most profound question, Who am I. With the direct and mysterious answer, I am That.
KO TE KURA NUI
This is a song from New Zealand that holds the vibration of the Violet Flame. It was given by a great Maori wisdom keeper named Rose Pere: "We need to transmute the negative energy of separation and division and protect the spirit of Oneness".
OM VAJRASATTVA HUM
This is a Tibetan prayer for purification. Vajrasattva is the 'Prince of Purification', he is known to purify all negative karma.
Since the attacks on 9/11, a group of Tibetan monks is continuously reciting this mantra for world peace.
GOVINDAM ADI PURUSHAM
A song from India. It sings about Govinda, cowherd, maintainer of the universe. Govinda is another name for Krishna. He loves trees, is beautiful and is surrounded by many lakshmis and gopis....
It is said that the lyrics have been written by Brahma himself. The song became well known by George Harrison's version, that was composed by Yamuna Devi Dasi.
OM AH HUNG / OM MANI PEME HUNG
These two mantras are the most profound and well known mantras from Tibet.
'Om Ah Hung' is said to call all the Buddha's and Bodhisattva's and is a mantra of purification. It is also assigned to Padmasambhava, a great master who brought Buddhism to Tibet in a magical way, transforming all the demons and negative energies into helping spirits and positive, empowering energies.
'Om Mani Peme Hung' is recited continuously by many Tibetans. It is assigned to Avalokiteshvara, Buddha of compassion. This is a profound prayer for the awakening of all.
