This project was inspired after a season of playing concerts together with some friends in Goa, India. The sound of the hang provides the basis of this album and all of the tracks are based around it. There are many world influences featured in this music, including Indian classical and Middle Eastern. This project was inspired after a season of playing concerts together with some friends in goa. I used a selection of different hanghang from the first three generations to create a variety of moods and feelings and the music also features a wide range of instruments from around the world all of which have been featured in our concerts together.
