They build those head-nodding toys for feet-shuffling kids. Terry Gilliam is their leader. He’s wearing those red & blue cardboard glasses we were told were 3d when we were kids. He’s hammered on cough syrup. He says he’s making a remake of A Fistful of Dollars. But he’s only got a Polaroid. Drink from my cup he says, with his regal tone, king-sized and street-wise - an easy task you might say when you can count your streets with both your hands - as he rolls them out, lazy beat by hazy bleep. Chantal Goret - Homebrew Generative Cult (7:30) According to her only official biographer, Chantal Goret is the fruit of a Portuguese accountant and a Lithuanian geisha, “accidentally” conceived in a garden shed on Eddie Barclay’s property in St Tropez, both mashed on Martini Biancos and Ferrero Rochers, both having been lead to believe that the other was in fact Charles Bronson. This story may be a smokescreen to hide the fact that Chantal Goret is actually the Lindbergh baby. Chantal Goret’s name first appears in 1972, credited as caterer on Sergio Martino’s seminal opus, Your vice is a locked room and only I have the key. In 1976, Chantal Goret is credited as driver for Lucio Fulci, on the shooting of Zombi 2. In 1977 Chantal Goret finally makes the big jump in front of the silver screen, playing the role of “dead person on slab” in episode 42 of Derrick. After meeting him on set, Chantal Goret became Fritz Wepper’s lover, before leaving him shortly thereafter for Horst Tappert. Their off-screen antics often made the people press’ front page, with stories of cocaine abuse, wild orgies, and smashed-up hotel rooms. Their brief yet stormy relationship came to an abrupt end the following year, but Chantal still talks of Horst as her “one true love”. In 1978, on Abel Ferrara’s insistent recommendations, Chantal Goret stars as “third zombie from the left” in scene 32 of The Mountain of the Cannibal God. But Chantal Goret hit it big time with the lead role in Joe d’Amato’s Cannibal Lesbian Nuns from Mars in 1979. From 1979 to 1982, Chantal Goret was the widely-acclaimed and unanimously recognized star of the notorious North Korean nunsploitation scene. With the demise of Kim Il-Sung, and his son’s marked preference for more Scandinavian formats, however Chantal Goret’s cinematic career came to an end. By 1984 Chantal was servicing pink screen customers with handjobs in Kreuzberg on weekdays, and playing triangle for Lydia Lunch on weekends. In 1986, Chantal Goret found God, moved to an ashram in Luxembourg [where incidentally she also serviced pilgrims with handjobs], carried the guru’s child, then moved to Denmark when the ashram was closed on fraud and tax evasion charges, managed to lose God somewhere along the way, before finally settling in Belgium in 1989 with the ashram’s accountant. Chantal Goret is currently purging a sentence in Lantin for repeated obscenity and public nudity charges. She still plays the Commodore 64. released November 22, 2008 Mastering : Herrmutt Lobby Artwork : Ayrton Panda ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

Following a first EP released in 2007, the second in the Perishable series, they've swelled their ranks to include veterans Kadah/Vresky and drummer David Arens and cooked us up another gem of cinematic proportions: the perfect soundtrack to drink hard liquor alone in a dingy bar. Smoking Polish cigarettes for company, all the way to the filter, till it burns; smoking to give flesh to the passing of time. Waiting for the night to end and the cold, grey morning to arrive, staring at the reminiscences swimming at the bottom of your glass. I’ll have some more of the same, thank you. And have whatever you want for yourself. There are intervals between the dreams. But I have no memory of them now. The world around me is dissolving, leaving only patches here and there. Except for a last, solitary note, that barely grazes the silence; just a faint, high tone, snuffed out and smothered like a flame. released March 27, 2009 Mastering : Herrmutt Lobby Artwork : Camille ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

After driving "Ikebana"'s rhythmical frameworks into the wall, he now weaves a new alias called "Odaka". Built around a rhythmical skeleton that is definitely more dancefloor - but still visual - a story is told in deep, organic basslines whose multiple contortions surprise at every turn. Assembled with refined acid sounds sparingly improvised, the music is as much to dance to as it is to listen to. Out here there are no mouse-clicks, just the startling melodic hum of resurrected machines. released November 6, 2009 Mastering : Herrmutt Lobby Artwork : Rawakari foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

Music Machine - Secret Soul (2:26) The sea level theme has always been an important subject in the Low Countries, and a topic that has both distorted facts and fuelled popular folklore. More than a mere geographical anecdote, the sea level serves as a marker to distinguish between those "below sea level" and those "above". The idea is rather simple : there are always at least two of you - the cautious and reasonable you, and your misguided shadow, the one that spends too much time in the "wrong" section of the bookstore. One of you is "above sea level" and the other "below". Basically, although you may not always acknowledge it, you are two different tribes on opposing sides of a battle that began before you were born. Naturally, this distinction extends from bottom feeder to high flyer. In a sink-or-swim world, this album's an ode to the bottom feeder in all of us. released April 24, 2010 Artwork : Madame Chän ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

It may sound hackneyed and bland, but with Sun Papa you can expect the unexpected. We’ll give you one clue : most things find their origin in some new synthetic plastic miracle. But rest assured, “Brume” will offer you the club culture without the club and some avant-garde without the mental masturbation. They're not looking for choice; they're looking for comfort. Some like to get their egons fisked. Personally I find it to be an uncomfortable - and messy - affair. But then again, I always thought "A Love Supreme" was a type of casserole. When the aforementioned shepherd decides to team up with your local egon fisker, things can get a little hairy. Ricky Sunset and Bobby Magnet do their best to prove just that. Someone told me that they tend to attract leeches. I disagree. "Dogs don't breed cats" my granny always said. To seem long a life must be filled with unpleasant surprises, is a thought that arises, as twelve fingers so nimble they nibble my nipple. "Try not to strain or be boasting a sprain, when I bring down that cane!" "Just making my way up the food chain, and yes, still trying to fuck Lorraine." Together alone in a ponderous primitive lull, everything green looks black, and everything else is imbued with the colour of pus: one more shrine in paperback. It only has one functional lung, and a pelvic girdle on either side of the cloaca with a pair of vestigial claws. LBNHRX - Dave Deux (4:32) 24Bit Release Interpretation is creation; and vice versa. No one really invents anything, and no one can really explain the meaning of anything. In order to do that, one would first have to be able to understand. But as godless, uncoordinated monads, we’re merely sitting in the passenger seat of a solitary hallucination. And how can you unveil something that eludes you? At best we can have a functional misunderstanding. I believe we just make it up as we go along. I mean, who cares what Frank Sinatra had in mind when he sang "Witchcraft"? My girlfriend feels like she’s having breakfast at Tiffany’s, and I hear someone whispering "Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes" while Joe Pesci stuffs a body into the trunk of a car. So is it a rabbit, or a momentary rabbit-stage, or just an undetached rabbit-part? As long as we both think it's food we should be able to work it out. The real issue is whether we should go hunting or will there be a storm tonight? But just as you become the role you’re given (until you become your own caricature), and considering that things are people too, it goes without saying that things are what we make them. The object of your contemplation is purely incidental. What we see is more a mirror of ourselves than a window into another world. We're just a lunge forward that can at times dissolve itself in the reflection of the void that it comes from. Different people, at different times, in different contexts, will have the same experience. The catalyst is incidental, what matters - really - is the reaction it generates. So "Beauty" isn’t a noun, it’s actually an adjective, and other things than art can provoke it: anything that reveals the strangeness and distance that separates us from the parody of reality that plays itself out before our eyes, assembling pieces of time and space into a workable dream of life. released September 22, 2014 Mastering : Fred Angström foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

Herrmutt Lobby - Le Syndrome du Bestiaire (4:05) I met Barnum at the Lunch Garden in Dolhain on Titan at half past noon on the 15th of January. He was a fairground worker who lived in a caravan on the outskirts of town. I wished to convince to join my menagerie of freaks. Barnum had a blind gut with no intestine or anus, expelling food waste through his mouth. But most of all he could cast off and regenerate all twelve of his fingers and toes. He arrived late, sat down with a belch and ordered the eggplant in tamarind gravy and a bucket. His wretched face betrayed the disgrace of some apocryphal place that did not wish to disturb its masters for too long, piling them up against the wall and enslaving their livers against the better judgement of more bacterial sentiments. His sallow orifice rotated counter-clockwise as he chewed loudly on his food, rivers of broth running down the sides of his mouth, and dripping from his chin. His meal finished, he picked at his five sickly teeth with the help of his fingers and the fleshy appendix that he used as a tongue, and stared at me with youthful candour. "I am a showman by profession" he said, and added that his only personal aim was "to put money in his pocket". I inquired as to when and how he had discovered his extraordinary capacity to regenerate. He explained that he had forgotten the safe word when indulging in mild odaxelagnia with his then partner, and lost his pinky in the process. The following day a stub had appeared, which progressively grew to reform the lost appendage (albeit of a whiter hue). He added that when his finger was sectioned he had enjoyed his most intense climax yet. He then excused himself, picked up the bucket and vomited his feces into it in three long bursts. "So, we have a deal?" I asked him, as he wiped his mouth on his sleeve. "Got to have something for everyone no?" he replied. On opening night Barnum, distraught with stage fright, had drunk himself into a stupor. Instead of merely cutting a finger or two, he hacked off his arm just past the elbow. Grimacing with ecstasy, he passed out when it came off, leaving his forearm twitching in the sand. Barnum never came to, spent a week in a coma and eventually passed away. His arm however survived and began to grow a body of its own. Within a month it had developed into a completely new individual. We named it "Chuck", and kept it on roster. It was a full house on the night of his debut. released May 19, 2014 Drums : Renax Commodore 64 on "Baraki" : Chantal Goret Bass on "Lunch Garden" : Henri Charlier Voice on "Shellfish" : TeanFix Artwork : St Joss ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

The one I pay so often visit to, I claim to be the first, although judging on appearance, She seems to be the last. But as I see Her, She already was, when They marched plainly among us, a swarm of callous individuals, alone and without purpose. Though none remain, She lingers on, foreign in Her flaws, and the last of Her kind to prevail. I call on her early in the morning and sometimes at night. I sit in the corner, as one sits by a fire. I acknowledge Her with a nod and stay silent, saying nothing, asking for nothing. Her presence soothes me and I assume mine is approved. I sometimes tried to meet Her gaze. But it always stayed inward, never reaching out. There was however once some sort of miracle, or an event of that order. It was a rainy day and the place was bathed in purple haze. The aisles were emptied of crowds and only She remained. She seemed so hopelessly abandoned that I, as if possessed, drew closer to Her than usual. Suddenly, the eyelids yawned on that neon-lit face. Nailed by Her gaze, I asked, as if breaking an order: “What do you want?” With pleading eyes, She whispered a reply I could not hear. So, paying no attention to distance, I drew even closer, lost my balance and fell. When I had recovered my very ordinary consciousness, I was standing before Her on the cold slab, my question unanswered. And Her face, impenetrable, was once again ancient, patrician and pensive. The sun had turned. I honour Her differently now. Created in Their image and likeness, to know Them, love Them, and serve Them in this world, we are expected to continue to do so when They are in another. And, when They still walked among us, before retreating to a softer dream, some of us were designed to satisfy some of their more specific carbon-based desires. As a token of my devotion, I have fashioned an add-on to serve this very purpose. Unfortunately, Scripture is unclear as to where this prayer should be performed. The orifices between Her legs seem impractical. The cannula on Her side seems better suited. So, in doubt, I use that one. And when I do, I am in Rapture. released May 25, 2016 Mastering : Fred Angström ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

As I reflect on my poor strength of character, I notice that the rain seems warmer on my head. I open my eyes and push myself to an upright position, coming face to face (so to speak) with a urinating cock. My sudden gesture halts its tepid flow, and for what seems like an eternity, we “stand” facing one another, like rivals in a shootout. I begin to express my objection, but my cry is muffled by the dildo mouth harness, which I proceed to rip off with one hand. One of the legs that upholds the dangling appendage gently nudges my arm, robbing the upper part of my body of support. My torso crashes down onto the bench, from which I subsequently slide off and fall. I search my pockets for a cigarette, find one broken in two, throw half away and light the other. I take a long drag and stare into the horizon. The lighthouses on Asse and Dilbeek blink at me in counterpoint. I used to come here as a child. I had to spend time with an elder as part of an intergenerational programme. It provided senior citizens with a sense of purpose and engagement in the community, and added dignity to their lives. In return, it gave the young a more positive attitude towards society and improved their academic performance. I therefore spent time with B12. B12 would take me to the viewpoint and tell me how his family had fled the Caledonian Isles, when the Sikhs had come down from the Highlands and annexed what was then still called Britannia. They somehow survived the crossing, only to be packed into a favela outside the Wall called Tervuren. Despite the squalid conditions, and the occasional pogrom by nomadic clansmen from the South, with much dedication and hard work, they had risen above their situation. He would always conclude by saying that the dog that can ride the bus to the dog park by himself should get a job as a dog walker. Even start thinking about vertical mobility in this dog eat dog world. His rant finished, we would go to the pub, where he’d let me play at the bingo machine, while he got drunk. I exhale and flick my cigarette away. A notification from G35, marked "very important", appears in the top right of my vision. It’s an invitation to meet him in a couple of hours. The door is an ovoid bulge crowned by a triangular shape. A cleft divides it into two adjacent swellings. I walk in and the place falls silent. I feel myself scanned. The bar is occupied by pluxing Euroscribes. They seem to appreciate its Confucian climate. It is a purchased atmosphere. I advance, and the conversations resume. The room is 10 meters long. Its flexible walls form sloping folds. They secrete a chalky mucus that maintains the ambient moisture within limits. The surface is not a reflection of what is hidden beneath. Piercing it would disembowel the frame. The chairs are arranged to display a different pattern of tables depending on whether you make your way clockwise or counter-clockwise. Surprisingly, the seating arrangement does not expand the width of a section with every quarter turn. Instead, it expands with every full rotation. This allows the room to grow without having to change shape. The room opens in the back onto a second, cone-shaped room with a bloated section. Orders are expelled through two tubes on each side. There are three tables of four, four of three, and an odd couple at the end. When I am close enough, the barbot sends me a request to read the menu. I scroll down and order the jellyfish soup and a painkiller file. A payment request appears. I accept, download and execute. I feel a mild tingling sensation as my glands begin to secrete. I close my eyes and enjoy the pain ebb away. I wait. The couple at the table next to me is composed of a meaty middle-aged man and a sickly young woman. She stares at me blankly. The thin lines of her exoskeleton protrude from her sleeves. Her right hand caresses her left, like some small domestic animal. Unconcerned, he eats porcinely beside her. My order makes its way to my table with a hum. The sound is no longer human. He has descended into another realm. My turn will come next. I already find it hard to focus. Static swells my senses. I feel myself slowly sink into greyness, subjected to a daze decorated with waves in ternary form. I try to hold on to keep out the dwindling, my mind scraping the ledge of what came before. I can feel the half-light grow. I know it is only a question of time. It had been good to be reunited with the old crew. Emilio, Vincenzo, Mario, Spartaco. Antonio didn’t make it back. He was too decomposed. Emilio was missing a limb and Vincenzo his jaw, but they were both operational. The last time we were all together was in Caffa. By the time it was clear that Our Sea was Torched, Assab had already fallen, so we had made our way there instead. If push came to shove, we thought, the Reds were team players like us. When it did, however, the result was the same. We were terminated. Now, they had reanimated us. We had no illusions as to why. A kilo-class named Pskov had picked us up on Gdansk. The crew confined us to a separate section, secluded in womb-like darkness. Breathers tend to be wary of our kind. On the 22 of October, at 02:55 Zulu time, the Pskov stationed in the vicinity of Lot at a depth of 15 meters. Emilio was too far gone by then, so they kept him on board, and probably disposed of him. I teamed me up with Spartaco. We called him ‘the Feeder’. He was the one who’d smeared my face after the first kill. We exited through the tubes, two to a Pig. We had dry suits, limpet mines, and a ten-digit alphanumeric number issued in the form of a laminated card. We no longer needed oxygen masks. That came with the territory. No need to breathe, eat, drink, or sleep. The energy used to reanimate may not preserve but it does keep in motion, until that fizzles out too. The method is simple. They slice the soles of the feet and extract the nerves. The distal portion of the sectioned nerve is placed over electrodes immersed in a liquid at 29 degrees KLMB and contained in a bath formed by raising the flaps of the wound. The feedback between the two transistors is lowered and the latch-up removed. It leaves the subject with a beating heart, basic sensors and a simple nervous system. Unfortunately, it spoils the kidneys and soils the liver. At first, the surge had left me elated. There was a flash and some sparkles. Colours were louder, odours too. Everything seemed to be made up of tiny, pulsating particles that whispered something I couldn’t quite hear. They seemed to know. Progressively, the surge wanes and the cold settles in. It starts with excessive salivation and teeth grinding, and ends with listlessness, tremors, repetitive patterns, series that have nothing to do with performance, but take you offstage for a moment. We paused at the gates and waited till they opened them to let a vessel in. Spartaco and I began to have issues with our Pig. The engine sputtered, then stopped, so we pushed it, taking a byway that circled through. We searched in vain for a carrier that was meant to be moored there. After a while, we just decided to target a tanker instead. It served as a low-power station for channel 23. There is no denying how the Pavlovian sculpts. We planted the limpets just under the hull, all across the stern. Once they were all placed, we were expected to land, leave the zone, slip through Dworp posing as tribesmen from the Black Country, and hopefully make it past the Kontor police checkpoint unmolested. As we attached a device five feet beneath the keel, Spartaco lost all four limbs and floated, twitching and turning, to the surface. There is an unwritten rule that dictates the obligation to protect, and particularly those unable to look after themselves, so I surfaced to help him back to down. There were shouts. We were captured and taken to a compartment adorned with politically conservative pornographic content. There was a container used for subjection and a bowl to separate one from the other through immersion. We both kept silent. In the end, when the mines explode, we knew we’d return to the nothingness we had come from. They took what was left of Spartaco to another compartment. I was questioned with positive and negative charge carriers. It is a proven technique for chocking the ratio by selecting the portion of the original that fits the shape. Ideally, for an optimal result, you need someone who’s good with both binaries and text. He said his name was James Franco. He’d brought some friends with him, eager to take advantage of the opportunity. Not quite a panto, not quite a vaudeville, but something in between. I tell them what I know. We are ajar. Our purpose is vacant. We have no end when we are only moved by inertia. That is why they mistake lethargy for absence. They forget. This coil is wasted in cycles, following charts and instructions that guide us through sequences, performed according to prescriptions arisen from convention or habit. We are not subjects. We are verbs. released April 27, 2019 Mastering: Fred Angström Artwork: St. Joss foobar2000 1.2.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

Keeping exchanges mechanical and brief. Avoiding eye contact. Dabbling on the margins of something vaster. I always knew what I wanted. I wanted to understand this flesh, its buoyancy, the dialogue it has with what it isn’t, the flimsiness of it all. I wanted to be alone and taste it long enough to find out. But the mind cannot exhaust what it sees. There is always something left that cannot be reduced to words. That is where I wanted to go, to the gap exposed when words step back. I wanted to go there and experience it completely. To understand, I had to find that part of me that was not a piece of space or a bundle of functions. Reason needs something to hold onto. So I focused on the spaces between, the crevasses, the cavities, the cracks, what we give meaning to. There is silence in listening. I began to hear the noises within the silence, the mundane and detailed tremors. The first effect was an escalation of sensation. I was exposed to a force with a frequency close to my own. The echo stretched the beat. I felt myself progressively undressed and unskinned. I stepped back, then fell away at various rates. The throbbing swelled into disproportionate waves. I found myself overwhelmed. It felt normal. And then, suddenly, I changed gear. The fleeting forms that girdled me dissolved into condensations that eventually wilted and wasted away. I ceased to distinguish between what was inside and out. I saw the stillness that movement hides. It was very brief. I became uneasy. I had brief episodes of loss of consciousness with minimal automatisms. There were seizures. There was nothing beneath me, nothing above, no colour, no clamour, no closure. I had no memory of falling. And then I knew. I was not only watching. I was being watched. I have peeped over the edge and seen it stare back at me. Silence is not an absence. It is a world in and of itself, beyond the pale we know. I have returned, but not come back. I just found a way out. released August 20, 2019 Photography : Hanz ----------------------- foobar2000 1.2.5 / Dynamic Range Meter 1.1.1 Tracklist:

That space is what takes place. Memories are what’s left when what takes place decays. Their structure is different from that part of me that falls apart. The latter is coarse and bears visible remains of what actually took place. Completely moist memories, however, have a spongy, almost jelly-like appearance and a characteristic dark hue. A large portion of me decomposes into something inert. A fraction does not and is blunted instead into sequences. These sequences share parts. This makes them resistant to the action of organised entities, and therefore more stable. I can be blunted either naturally or artificially. I am generally dulled by what feeds on the part of me that decays. The remains, including those that have been ingested and excreted, contain aggregates. Some gradually decompose over several years, while others persist till the end. The memories that persist are protected from decomposition because they are hidden inside the pieces of what I am now. "I" am not an extension of one but a sequence of many. The "we" I am is an assemblage of memories with jointed appendages and one pair of echoes per segment. The number of echoes may vary, but the number of pairs is always odd. Each pair of echoes is slightly longer than the pair immediately in front so that they do not collide or overlap. In some cases, the first pair will point backwards, producing a disc-like structure with a central pore. This organ senses vibrations in time. The last segment is usually small and echoless. It bears a terminal and a crevice for spawning. Sometimes, a memory will prey on another. The memory that is preyed upon is pinned down and masticated until none of it remains. As it is consumed, it finally sees it is a part of a whole. The pain it endures gives it clarity and focus, providing relief from an otherwise convulsive and dwindling state. Bring up the heel of the left. Pause. Left foot forward. Pause for two beats. Repeat in reverse. They file past the burnt-out vehicles that litter the square. The air is filled with the sound of their moans. They form a dense mass, indistinct from its environment. I light a cigarette and marvel at their appetite, fascinated by these expressions of faith. The stigmata of their differences still scar the city, lingering proof of their diversity. Certainty swathes shapes waving banners. One has an umbrella. The others brandish scabs. They are plucked and cropped to varying degrees of severity. Many are naked. Some are mutilated. The side-shows sit cross-legged and dialling devices. The limbless ones lead. They are the ones without bonds, the absence of appendages a symbol of their indifference to all things somatic. Adherents tend to spend the shorter days in torpor, sometimes in groups. I once found a cluster huddled underneath a slab in a parking lot. Their processions are prompted by rising temperatures. The urge is innate yet triggered by cues.
