Отдельная благодарность alexkozlov2012 The Astral Stereo Project is the front of British based music producer Neil Holdsworth.
Neil started his music career as part of an Indie band which he was the lead vocalist and guitarist.
Following the split of the band and he worked on building a home studio and experimenting with his own musical ideas.
After drifting around with different ideas Neil had fallen out of love with both listening to and making music, and stopped for over a year until discovering Synthwave by way of ‘LazerHawk’ and ‘Mitch Murder’.
Neil soon realised that this style of music could fuse together his love of the late 70's & 80’s music, films and culture.
He has received high praise from some of Synthwave’s most well respected bloggers.
Neil continues to produce off the wall 80’s music and is currently working on several projects.

The over the top, violent Italian poliziotteschi movies of the 70s and cop shows such as The Sweeney.
I based a lot of the sound influence on the early 80s John Carpenter music scores and the soundtrack to The Warriors.
This was always intended to be a fun light hearted project, I enjoyed making it and I hope you enjoy listening to it. thanks again

I guess this album is my thinking, perhaps not over one night but over last summer. There are many forms of 80s/retro/synthwave music around that deal with happy imagery and 80s culture which is great. I sometimes wish I could make music like that, but I find beauty in the dark, in the glowing empty neon streets, lost people with nowhere to go. This is where this group of songs belong. There are lots of people I would like to thank who have and continue to be a great support. Steve Price for his vocals on Into the Night, Into the City - this guy has such a great voice, as soon as I heard it on Soundcloud years ago I wanted to work with him and I am so glad he agreed to sing on the album. I've always loved his sound, so its a real treat to have him give his flavour to the song.
