Vilde Lockert (Vocals) joined in autumn that same year.
They made videos for the tracks "All Over" that features Mortiis and one for "One Mind", shot in New York while Apoptygma Berzerk was on a US-tour. "All Over" also was used in the worldwide commercials for the release of Sprite Zero by the COCA COLA company. The album "Art And Accidents" was released in February 09 featuring new band member Daniel Hill (Guitar, Bass, Vocals) and guest appearances from several known Norwegian musicians including members of Apoptygma Berzerk, Gluecifer and Gothminister. ****** The sound of Periode can not be classified as being within one genre or another, but rather as a crossover project that touches one many of the electronic fields. The first single to be released from Periode is One Mind, a darkwave styled piece with soothing vocals, light guitar work, and subtle beats. Vilde's vocals can range from smooth and luxurious to rough and twisted, leaving her vocal capabilities unmatched. As with the majority of the vocals on the CD, these are clearly decipherable and leave no need for the inclusion of the lyrics within the booklet. View is a moving piece with crisp and mild electronics, backing guitar work, and Vilde's amazing vocals. A pretty straightforward make-up to the tunes -- mostly 3-or-4 note structure -- blending fantasy-like, trippy synths and aggressive, awakening guitars, lures the listener to a trap, envelopes him, and wont let go until the music stops.
