Description BODYSTEP™ 97, we’re putting all the right moves in all the right places with the two BODYSTEP™ formats. The first format is BODYSTEP™ Classic. This is the ‘original’ BODYSTEP™ class that regular participants have enjoyed over the years. We dedicate 30% of this class to what we call ‘Flava’, so it’s the perfect workout if you love the fun factor and like to move with style as you work out. It’s not all fun and games, though, as there’s still 70% of athletic functional stepping that’s great for toning and strengthening the legs and butt, reducing body fat and improving your overall fitness. The second format is BODYSTEP™ Athletic. This is the ‘no frills’ BODYSTEP™ class, which is great for getting the new participant stepping with success, without the ‘dance’-styled flava that often challenges the less coordinated participant. You get to learn how to execute the functional athletic exercises, and then work them really hard to get the benefits of toning and strengthening the legs and butt, reducing body fat, and becoming really fit with explosive, integrated training. I strongly recommend the newer participant to start with BODYSTEP™ Athletic. Do at least five classes to learn to step, and develop your stepping coordination. From your sixth class onward you’ll be on your way to stepping successfully, without thinking so much, in turn being able to work out a lot harder to get all the great benefits from this class.
