01. Balloon Fight - WhattaJuke (4:01) 02. Balloon Fight - Breathe (4:03) 03. Balloon Fight - Floor Flexion (3:46) 04. Balloon Fight - Infinite Bangs (3:55) We are happy to announce "Ham. No Mayo." The second release from Berlin based net label Yarn Audio. Produced by Balloon Fight. Born and bred from the night life's gurning highs and drunken endings. Manifested as hot kicks, lots of flash, and too much of everything you crave. Prepare yourself for four tracks lovingly extracted from the deepest memories of German synthesizers, forgotten floppy disks, and Japanese drum machines. The music of Balloon Fight is hard to categorize, straddling many genres, sourcing unorthodox sounds and implementing accidental techniques, to create a Dance sound all his own. One thing that can be said for sure is that there will be bass. Join in the fun! Download the stems from Soundcloud! Make your own tunes! Enjoy the latex sounds and the taste of Ham. released December 2, 2012 Mastering: Stephano Angel Cover artwork: Tim Pulver ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. Terrorrythmus - 40h (1:45) 02. Terrorrythmus - From The Hood (2:24) 03. Terrorrythmus - Post Smack (4:11) „Adaption Disorder“, the third EP for the Berlin-based netlabel Yarn Audio, comes from Terrorrythmus following releases for Betonblume, Abulia Concepts und World Wide Juke. Banging 808-beats meet nasty rhythms. Experimental enthusiasm encounters dreamy pads and mangled vocals. An insider tip for fans of TNGHT, Flosstradamus, Murderbot and co. Who says fresh juke- and trap-sounds are coming exclusively from the UK or USA? The gentle chords and brutal beats of the opener „40h“ only need a few bars to transport you deep into the world of the „Adaption Discorder“. With its chirping hi-hats, exaggerated low-end and sharp melodies „From the Hood“ could easily become the next ghetto-anthem and even be played in the pimped BMWs of Berlin's petty criminals. Fortunately the third tune „Post Smack“ doesn't sound lose any of that energy at all: The smooth melodies of „40h“ come together with „From The Hood“'s energetic trap-sound. Terrorrythmus, a German producer and DJ from Bremen, has been involved in the bassmusic-scene for ten years, back when jungle and breakcore were hip. His party-series „Subunternehmen“ has been the first ever event to bring Dubstep into the Hanseatic city . By now the 26-year-old musician is crazy about footwork and trap but still hasn't forgotten his roots. He promotes his sound with his own imprint Latenz and the „DOOM“-parties. The latest EP from Yarn Audio fits perfectly into the trap- and juke-genre, which slowly but surely also gets German dancefloors to go nuts. The three tracks are full of wicked breaks and broken beats, a homage to the roughness of early jungle. You instantly hear that „Adaption Discorder“ is inspired by a decade of bassmusic. The EP's title reflects its programme: Terrorrythmus isn't chasing the hype but jumps easily between elements of various genres. A refreshingly personal interpretation of bassmusic. Who'd have thought that an „Adaption Discorder“ sounds so good! released February 22, 2013 Stephano Angel (mastering) Tim Pulver (artwork) ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. Turning Torso - Jacaranda (3:44) Shortly after its first birthday, bass music netlabel Yarn Audio reports back sonorously with laid-back Leftfield. Turning Torso’s Single bewitches with its warm, reverberant instrumentals and hypnotising downtempo-beats. The Mexican producer uses processed guitar, electronics and field-recordings to create his unique blend of hazy Bass Music. After three EPs with mostly Trap- and Juke-influenced tunes Yarn Audio is opening up with its fourth release, following its mission of bringing forward thinking electronic music from the whole modern Bass Music spectrum. Be it from the darkest experimental corners or sparkling nightclubs’ breaking new ground. Watch out for Yarn’s first remix EP and banging ASA 808 stuff getting released soon… released October 12, 2013 Mastering: David Sánchez Cover-Artwork: Tim Pulver ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. Zimbra Sound - Sport For All (Hutyluty Remix) (5:27) 02. Zimbra Sound - Locked (Horner Remix) (4:00) 03. Balloon Fight - Ham. No Mayo. (DJSur Remix) (5:52) Back in April 2012 Yarn Audio kicked off with the stripped-down “Locked“ EP by South African drum-machine lunatic, Zimbra Sound. A few months later we followed up with American producer Balloon Fight's experimental “Ham. No Mayo“ EP. Five exclusive mixes and two releases later, as per Yarn's label-mission, we proudly present the freshest remixes of our first two EPs. The first remix comes from upcoming British bass-producer Hutyluty, a recent addition on the underground label Loft Party. Hutyluty has re-worked Zimbra Sound’s “Sport For All“ into a percussive, airy bass-tool. Next comes fellow Brit Horner, who’s remix of Zimbra Sound’s “Locked“ takes down the tempo and intensity of the original and brings hypnotic sub-bass and deconstructed chords and vocals to the mix. Finally, American producer, multi-instrumentalist and Audio Esperanto-signing DJSur deals with Balloon Fight’s “Ham. No Mayo“. His spaced-out, house-infused version transforms Yarn’s weirdest EP to date into an intoxicating club smasher. And that's not all!! We hope to break the barrier between musician and listener, producer and consumer by releasing remix-stems of each EP so everyone can get involved at the click of a download icon. – check our Soundcloud for links! Lastly, there is a lot of banging Yarn-material getting polished for release right now so keep your eyes and ears open! We can’t wait to share the next Remix-EP with you… Mastering: Aldo Lamanna / Dan Surowiec released December 24, 2013 ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. ASA 808 - Mahakala (3:35) 02. ASA 808 - Thunder (5:08) Ansgar is obsessed with music. “A day is too short to appese my hunger for new music” he says. Ansgar Rudolf started making music at the age of six, first learning classical piano and guitar, later specializing in music theory and composition, jazz and improvisation. In 2008, at the age of 19, he released a 5 track EP with his first solo project “Hasta la otra méxico!”. On NYE of the same year he won the NASA APOD award with his music video “Túrána hott kurdís”, thus becoming popular world- wide in just one night. Driven by his love for electronic music, he started producing and DJing as ASA 808, playing in venues such as Prince Charles, Ritter Butzke, Gretchen, Loftus Hall & Karlstorbahnhof. Pushing the boundaries of techno, house and bass elements, ASA 808 surprises with bold sounds, combining classical instruments with analogue synths, percussive basses and drum machines. Featuring DJs such as Christian Löffler, Tom Demac, Lando, Komon, Essáy, Klaves and Kidnap Kid, ASA 808’s “TOYS” parties at Prince Charles have become a must go for all lovers of forward-thinking electronic music in Berlin. After the release of the VIP version of “Mahakala” as the opener of the Blank Tracks #01 compilation (featured by XLR8R) in June 2013, the non-commercial netlabel Yarn Audio proudly presents the release of “Mahakala (Original Mix)” & “Thunder (Original Mix)” on Jan 31st 2014. Garage-flecked percussion creates the basis for the bass driven A-side. With the throbbing energy of the syncopated 808 bass, “Mahakala” soon swells to an intoxicating entangled 2-step monster. The B-side “Thunder” in contrast is a dark and straightforward club construction and may be Yarn’s most jacking track to date. released January 31, 2014 Mastered By: Aldo Lamanna Artwork By: Tim Pulver ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. KASP - Western Sunset (2:15) 02. KASP - Morning Madness (3:19) 03. KASP - Playground (5:31) 04. KASP - Black Water (4:29) 05. KASP - We Together (2:55) For Yarn Audio’s seventh release, we have got hold of no one less than Kacper Bogacz aka. KASP, one half of the well-known Polish duo Pol_On. This graduate of the Academy of Jazz Music in Katowice has released on many well known imprints such as Systematic, Get Physical and Connaisseur and remixed artists like Roberto Rodriguez and Dirt Crew and worked with the likes of Mike P and Catz ’N Dogz. For his latest project, KASP creates a unique, joyful journey trough diverse styles of modern bass music. The five track EP brings new-age electronica like Gold Panda to mind as well as the bass-influenced house scene and early UK Funky. Polished samples, raving synths and hybrid beats are mangled, meandering between childish delight and deep melancholia, dancefloor mania and spurred insight. A true showcase of this producer’s exceptional versatility. Make sure to check Kacper’s recent dancefloor project with Mia Twin if this release pleases your ears! released March 1, 2014 Mastering: Kacper Bogacz at Balkoi Studio Cover Artwork: Tim Pulver ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. Machette - Ravin (3:06) 02. Machette - So High (2:20) 03. Machette - Hit De Deck (3:29) 04. Machette - Enlightenment (3:14) 05. Machette - Sunset (2:50) Yarn Audio celebrates its second birthday with five bold tracks from Machette. The diverse producer renders a lot of energy and happiness with his sample-heavy and fast-paced tracks. Influenced by Hip-Hop, Dubstep, Footwork and Jungle, Machette’s broken beats and easygoing melodies are just perfect for a dance in the sunshine or the ghetto. Get ready for a special sample odyssey… The French musician started producing back in 2000 and released his take on Drum’n’Bass under the pseudonym Chomp. Then Jean Trubert went on a successful excursion into Electro with three EPs on the Austrialian label Idiot House. Inspired by the Footwork wave he rediscovered his interest for the Bass Music realm. Earlier this year he released his interpretation of Ghetto-Jungle on the “Vapor EP” on Vitalistik Records as well as “It’s Right And It’s Ok EP” on Dred Collective. Machette’s Bass Music baggage is bursting at the seams. So the Berlin based netlabel is more than happy to welcome another electronic musician with a distinct voice in its fast-growing family. released May 10, 2014 Mastering: Michael Lasch (M1 Mastering) Cover Artwork: Tim Pulver ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

Terrorrythmus - Post Smack (Sideswipe Remix) (3:15) 05. Terrorrythmus - From The Hood (Crypticz Hands Up Edit) (3:48) Back in February 2013 Yarn Audio released “Adaption Disorder” by Terrorrythmus, a DJ / producer from Bremen (Germany) who runs the label Latenz. All stems have been made public, too, so everyone was invited to create their own interpretations of the EP. “Adaption Disorder Remixes Pt. 1” is the first of two remix EPs which contains the best uptempo (160+ BPM) edits by three outstanding producers: The first remix is from Machette, a producer from Niort (France), who just released “Flavors EP” on Yarn Audio. With three sent in remixes, Crypticz, a young producer from Weston-super-Mare (UK), has been the most active. He released on labels like Ground Mass Music, Good Street Records and Dynasty Shit before and is working on his EP for Yarn Audio right now. The third one is Sideswipe, a Philadelphia based producer, who has been working with labels like Philthtrax and Ground Mass Music. Make sure to check his recent release for Modern Ruin! released June 6, 2014 Mastered By: Aldo Lamanna (Track 1, 2, 3, 5) ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. Terrorrythmus - Post Smack (Tobs’ Leaving Home Remix) (3:24) 02. Terrorrythmus - 40h (Chris Geschwindner Remix) (8:32) 03. Terrorrythmus - 40h (Llyphon Remix) (2:53) 04. Terrorrythmus - Post Smack (Take Away The Noise Remix) (6:55) Terrorrhythmus’ «Adapion Discorder» seems to be Yarn’s most smashing EP to date, judging by the almost endless amount of remixes. After the release of the uptempo remix-pack back in June, Yarn now presents «Adaption Disorder Remixes Pt. 2». The second remix-EP keeps up with the high energy, concentrating on a dancefloor-friendly tempo-range. From Germany’s rough bank capital Frankfurt comes machine-musician Chris Geschwindner. The affiliate of the young label polen.rec woves «40h»’s pads and samples together with a shuffled house groove. His remix develops over eight minutes, leaving smiles everywhere with its airy and sunny atmosphere. A totally different interpretation of «40h» comes from Llyphon. Terrorrhythmus’ mate from Bremen already released on his imprint Betonblume and DubKraftRecords. With stumbling bassdrums, flirring hi-hats and washed-out samples he transforms Terrorryhthmus’ trap track into a lush and varied piece of contemporary electronic music. Also from Bremen comes producer and DJ in demand Tobs who just dropped his first vinyl on Drowned Records. His «Leaving Home»-version of «Post Smack» is full of warm pads and synths, unfolding sentimental feelings over a pretty straight house beat. Uprising Belgian producer Take Away The Noise seems to have hardcore in his blood. His seven minute long adaption of «Post Smack» utilizes the original’s vocals in a stumping techno garment. Breaks and shuffled bassdrums penetrate the rough track which is designed to destroy dancefloors. released August 4, 2014 Mastering: Aldo Lamanna ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

01. Turning Torso - Jacaranda (Tea Leaf Remix) (5:22) 02. Turning Torso - Jacaranda (Eeph Remix) (3:07) After the intoxicating reworks of Zimbra Sound’s percussive bass tunes and the diversified versions of Terrorrhythmus’ trap smashers, Yarn Audio presents two very special interpretations of Jacaranda by Mexican musician Turning Torso. Tea Leaf is a collaboration of the experimental beat-makers Amos Anton and Fingerman from Leeds. The childhood friends transform Turning Torso’s experimental guitar track into a light-headed bass excursion. Ever- changing rhythms and sophisticated sub-bass rise around the lush melody of «Jacaranda». With their first release the young producers prove to be masters of suspense. The second remix comes from Eeph. The upcoming producer transfers the spaced-out atmosphere of «Jacaranda» into a drum’n’bass framework. The member of the «Sublime Soundsystem» collective reduces the fast beat to a minimum, hypnotising with the hissing and chirring of the original and the bass sparely breaking trough. released October 25, 2014 Remix: Tea Leaf Mastering: Michael Lasch (M1 Mastering) Cover Artwork: Tim Pulver ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. Atarix - Better (5:28) 02. Atarix - Remedy (5:55) The 12th release of the Berlin based netlabel Yarn Audio is a work of russian producer Atarix. The release reveals two completely different tracks. «Better» is a nice atmospheric bass track with tender repetitive vocals, «Remedy» is a typical dancefloor killer, which reminds of the best house music era. Sergey Khaniniev comments the release: «The track ‹Better› was purely inspired by radical and positive changes in my life, also by Art Of Noise, Fairlight sampler and early Jimmy Edgar’s music output. ‹Remedy›’s inspiration comes from the same inspiring changes, it also takes some notes from the 90’s house music scene which I like a lot.» Atarix is a Moscow-based music producer whose music doesn’t fit in one genre. Started out wtih radical forms known as digital hardcore / breakcore, mixed with heavy jungle / drum’n’bass, noise and hip-hop influences, he is known as a true pioneer of sonic warfare in 00s. released November 11, 2014 Mastering: Sergey Khaninev Cover Artwork: Tim Pulver ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. Mehta - Aimlessly Wandering (10:23) 02. Mehta - Bngrv (8:22) On Yarn Audio’s thirteenth release Mehta delivers two constrained & bristling yet dreamy hardware jams. «Aimlessly Wandering» trudges through a dry and acidic terrain that slowly gives way to a soupy layer and hints at an anthem that never quite manifests. «Bngrv» pushes a vaguely ametrical bassline underneath a steady raw shuffle. A chord enters twice before the track melts into a tense and noisy overload before dropping back into its unbuttered shell. Emerging from Saskatoon, a very isolated and relatively small city in Canada, Mehta presents these tracks for the night’s decay, pleasantly confused specters haunting the dancefloor. Gear list for the nerds: Urzwerg, DE1, AX60, RS-09, TR-8. released February 22, 2015 Mastering: Michael Lasch @M1 Mastering ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. Chump Change - Footage (feat. Deserved) (3:13) 02. Chump Change - East (feat. Deserved) (4:04) New Orleans based producer Chump Change delivers two uptempo tracks on Yarn Audio’s fourteenth release. Chump Change – with real name Ian Adams – is one of those producers with a broad musical influence, besides the obvious ones like drum’n’bass and jungle, you can clearly hear a wide range of elements found in 80’s hip hop or 60’s psychedelic rock. In the last two years Chump Change has had releases on labels like Footrap and Philthtrax. released June 17, 2015 Mastering: Michael Lasch @M1 Mastering Cover Artwork: Tim Pulver ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. Interplanetary Criminal - Saucers (6:05) 02. Interplanetary Criminal - Saucers (Chris Geschwindner Rework) (6:53) For Netlabel Day 2015 we have something special for you – young and upcoming producer Interplanetary Criminal from Leeds (UK) delivers the raw and atmospheric banger «Saucers». Track two is Chris Geschwindner’s rework of it – keeping the edgyness but adding some harmonics. released July 14, 2015 Mastering: Michael Lasch @M1 Mastering ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. Automatics - Distant (4:44) 02. Automatics - Manipulate The World (6:42) 03. Automatics - Closing My Eyes (5:57) After many years of playing drum’n’bass and mostly producing uptempo electronic music, Automatics – with real name Andy Sorrells – from Seattle (Washington) turns his back on rhythm. Distant EP includes three ambient tracks, which make up Yarn Audio’s darkest EP to date. Automatics about the release: The tracks are my first ambient tracks I’ve made, I had this idea of making a whole bunch of ambient tunes that I could listen to while I was sleeping. In Distant there’s a couple samples from NASA’s Voyager mission, space was in my mind when I was producing, but more or less the feeling I had in my head when I made them was to encompass what space might sound like if you were tagging along with Voyager’s mission. The main achievement on this EP was to create synth textures within the free form and open landscape of ambient music, and not being confined to the drum patterns of electronic music genres. You can really take the music in any direction you choose, which is really interesting to me. released September 3, 2015 Mastering: Michael Lasch @ M1 Mastering Cover Artwork: Tim Pulver ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

Nina Kraviz - Ghetto Kraviz (2kn 5am Bootleg) (6:04) Some unreleased bootlegs are too freaking good to be played by friends exclusively or get dusty on a hard drive – so Yarn Audio proudly presents the free EP «Bootlegs I». We are happy to have gotten our hands on remixes from three very special producers and are sure to astonish you with these refreshing reworks of great tracks – from funky smashers to melancholic bass mutants. released October 28, 2015 Cover Artwork: Tim Pulver Mastering: Track 1: Stefan Betke @ Scape Mastering Track 2–4: Michael Lasch @ M1 Mastering ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
01. Simon/off - Busy (5:46) 02. Simon/off - Morphing Memories (5:36) 03. Simon/off - The Feel (5:16) Simon/off is a DJ / producer from Graz / Austria who is co-running the event-series and label disko404. If you encounter a record sleeve / flyer with a sausage on it, it is probably one of theirs... Since 2005 he released on labels like Immerse Records, Car Crash Set and Phuture Shock Musik and until 2007 put out some Creative Commons releases on netlabels like Kikapu and Laridae together with his brothers as «Winterstrand». In 2016 Yarn Audio is happy to welcome Simon back in the netlabel world with «Morphing Memories EP». The first track «Busy» is a dreamy but still energetic track with lots of rhythmical elements. Visiting a zoo of unknown creatures and hearing how they interact with each other might sound exactly like this if you are not too busy listening to the main hook. The second track «Morphing Memories» has a lot of dubby warmness in it and makes the time waiting for next summer go over in a blink. Offbeat chords meet shuffled toms. The last track «The Feel» continues where «Morphing Memories» left off and takes the listener on a groove-ride into the broken beat era. released February 2, 2016 Mastering: Massimo Hafner Cover artwork: Tim Pulver ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:

Dreamy melodies meet crickets, tumbling hats, vocals from an unknown species having a chat with humans about slot machines. Since their last EP «Silent Music Culture» on ЯΛRΞ ППUƉΞS in 2014 Chase Mitchusson and Charles Gray have also been active in projects like GRNDRER and p l a i n t e x t. released June 18, 2016 ----------------------- foobar2000 1.3.5 / Замер динамического диапазона (DR) 1.1.1 Tracklist:
