While in Germany Techno and House music have been the apparent dominating genres appreciated by the clubbers, Breakbeats and D`n`B just got particular attention. Dubstep makes a change and gathers Breakbeat and D`n`B heads, just as HipHop and Reggae socialized blokes and Techno lovers.The media hype on what-so-called Dubstep is not over yet, rather it is still growing. While established media is following the newest step, the most djs and large parts of the audience on a night would more likely cheer up to a ravy and dark halfstep sound, while a more garage or four-to-the-floor orientated tune will keep them dancing in the dawn. This compilation wants to present some people out of the german dubstep scene. This compilation can`t and doesn`t want to claim the representation of all the variety produced in Germany.

Germany`s Underground Dubstep Producer scene again together in one compilation. As always this issue can`t and don`t want to set the claim to represent the German dubstep scene in general and entirely. But it wants to show that there is a mass of people for which the production of tunes is a big part of their passion in supporting the continuous emergence and establishing of sustaining structures for low frequency music. The album is under a Creative Commons license and may be downloaded, shared and liked. If you want you may also like to donate something. Dubstep has evolved from a subgenre in its own genre. While established media is following the newest hype, most Heads would more likely cheer up to a ravy and dark halfstep sound. The definition of "Bass And Space", which is attributed to the dubstep pioneer Kode9, can only be a guide for the determination of genre. Apart from the commercial phenomena Dubstep allows much and does not create bonds, and the willingness to experiment and new combinations remains strong and alive. A very early track from the beginnings of the Conscious Kalling project, New Awakening was originally written for a vocalist, and then haphazardly posted to soundcloud when the vocalist dropped off the project. Forget about the well-known artists... The Netlabel Day is a space made by truly independent artists and labels for all the people who listens and supports independent art movements. Finally, a little question, which is the main engine of all this: What if media (or music indie journalists), record stores and also record labels begin to support to the independent musicians and artists once again, just as the 80's and 90's?
